Easter
Easter is the Reason why we are who we are as Christians. If you want to discover what being a follower of Jesus is all about, you must discover the reason behind Easter. You are invited to all of our services starting on Thursday at 6PM for our Seder Meal and foot washing followed by communion. Then move into Good fridayat 12 noon at remember the loss of Jesus that tears at all his followers and then the night of darness at ourTeize and Tenebres mystical service at 7PM. Then join us for Easter Vigil at 5 PM on Saturday to celebrate in a pageant the ressurection of Jesus with all the families of the church. Thwen experience the final celebration of Jesus Ressurection on Sunday at 8 and 10 AM.

The wonder of this season is the refreshing of our faith as we consider that Jesus not only came 2000 years ago but also could come back at any time in the future. It gives us hope that our Lord is alive with us now and in the future. As you coninue in this Advent Journey come with the awe and excitement that the Shepherds came to Bethlehem. Take a moment of silence to reflect upon him.

It is great to be back at St. Andrews. The time spent In Iraq as a chaplain for the 224th Sustianment Bde was a challenging and wonderful experience at the same time, but I missed you all. I am so pleased at how you all have continued giving and supporting the ministry at St. Andrews. The fellowship that I returned to is wonderful and Easter services were great. You all know how to worship. I look forward to the coming weeks and our time together as we do what Christ has made known to us to spread to the world around us.
